TANDOORI OVEN AND GRIDDLE
Each Tandoori selection is served with Bhuna sauce and garnished with lemon and seasonal salad.
TANDOORI SEABASS
Whole seabass marinated in tandoori spices cooked in a clay oven and finished in the char-grill. A culinary tour de force.
SHASHLIK TIKKA
A spicy sensation. Succulent piece of boneless chicken, marinated in yoghurt and spices, skewered with green and red bell peppers.
TANDOORI TIKKA SPECIAL
Tender chicken or lamb marinated in yoghurt and blended spices and cooked to order in our famous tandoori oven. A well loved Shalimar treat.
TANDOORI CHICKEN (HALF)
Spring chicken on the bone, marinated in yoghurt, herbs and spices, cooked in our clay oven, until both crispy and succulent.
TANDOORI SALMON TIKKA
A charcoal grilled, marinated salmon. Crisp on the outside, moist on the inside. Cooked in our tandoor.
DELUXE GRILL SELECTION
A stunning spread of spicy kebab flavours, including lamb seekh, chicken tikka, lamb tikka and tandoori chicken.
TANDOORI KING PRAWNS
Whole king prawns marinated, spiced and barbecued. Aah, simple pleasures!.
GARLIC TANDOORI LAMB
Tender pieces of lamb fillet, marinated in spices flavoured with garlic. Cooked in our clay oven. Tangy, tasty and terrific.
